You agree to notify us immediately at support@sanimud.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Sanimud is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

Sanimud provides an online learning platform focused on practical workshops, step-by-step assignments, interactive exercises, and collaborative tools. Content covers applied topics including artificial intelligence in transport and logistics. The platform is designed for remote, self-paced participation.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any platform content without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the platform
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 Your Submissions

When you submit content to the platform, including assignments, forum posts, or collaborative contributions, you grant Sanimud a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

7.2 Content Standards

You are solely responsible for content you submit. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or that infringes any third-party rights. Sanimud reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice.

8. Payments and Refunds

Certain platform features or workshops may require payment. All fees are stated at the point of purchase. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once access to digital content has been granted.
